Objet : problèmes de transport

Madame, Monsieur,

Ce matin, devant me rendre dans le 2e arrondissement, j’ai souhaité prendre la ligne 29 à partir de Grenier-Saint-Lazare – Quartier de l’Horloge vers Bibliothèque nationale.

Arrivé à 8h34 à Grenier-Saint-Lazare, j’ai vu affiché que le prochain passage était dans 46 minutes et le suivant dans 76 minutes !

J’ai consulté, à l’aide du QR code, l’horaire en ligne : s’il indiquait les horaires des autobus dans la direction Pte de Montempoivre (et j’en ai vu passer), il n’en indiquait aucun horaire dans la direction Gare Saint-Lazare, sans aucune explication.

Je me suis résolu à marcher jusqu’à la station de métro Arts-et-métiers pour y prendre la ligne 3 jusqu’à Quatre-Septembre. Deux employés de la RATP m’ont dit que la ligne ne fonctionnait pas, et qu’il y avait un bus de substitution. Comme je n’en avais pas vu, ils m’ont dit qu’il fallait aller le prendre à place de la République ! Or un bus de substitution ne doit-il pas passer par chacune des stations de la ligne de métro à laquelle il se substitue ?

J’ai dit que je ne pouvais me permettre d’y aller. Ils m’ont demandé quelle était ma destination : j’ai répondu « Quatre-Septembre ». La réponse de l’employé ? « Connais pas ».

Voyant qu’il n’y avait aucune issue avec vos « services », je me suis rendu à pied à ma destination, ce qui n’était pas évident pour moi : je devais y être en un quart d’heure.

Arrivé à la hauteur de la station de bus Bibliothèque nationale vers 8h55, voilà qu’un 29, direction Saint-Lazare, y arrive en même temps que moi, alors qu’à une précédente station devant laquelle je passais à pied à 8h49, il était indiqué un temps d’attente de… 63 minutes (et « suiv a + de 97 min »). Je me suis permis de demander au conducteur comment cela se faisait : il m’a dit que ce système était tout à fait déréglé. Il aurait donc sans doute suffi que j’attente le 29 à Grenier-Saint-Lazare – Quartier de l’Horloge, mais je n’avais vraiment aucun moyen de me l’imaginer au vu des informations affichées.

Je suis conscient qu’il se peut qu’il y ait eu des causes « indépendantes de votre volonté » pour ces dysfonctionnement combinés, mais il est aberrant que vous ne fournissiez pas une information exacte et en temps réel de cet état et que le service de « substitution » n’en soit pas vraiment un.

Je ne vous félicite pas. J’attends avec espoir la mise en place de lignes concurrentes.

Le robinet du Soleil

Le professeur Émile Pichenette, génie distrait aux cheveux en bataille et aux lunettes toujours de travers, avait une passion : bricoler des objets improbables pour résoudre des problèmes planétaires. Un jour, excédé par les canicules qui faisaient fondre ses pots de yaourt avant qu’il ait le temps de les manger, il eut une idée :

« Et si je fabriquais un robinet pour régler la température du Soleil, tout simplement ? »

Après des mois passés à triturer des boulons lunaires, des tuyaux cosmiques et une vieille cafetière, il inventa le Robisol, un petit robinet doré fixé sur une antenne télescopique capable de se connecter directement aux rayons du Soleil. Tournez à gauche : ça refroidit. Tournez à droite : ça chauffe.

Fier de son invention, il courut prévenir les gouvernements.

Pendant quelques années, ce fut la fête. Les plages bondées en hiver, les piscines chauffées toute l’année, les barbecues géants au mois de janvier. On tournait le robinet à gauche, on vivait comme avant.

Mais un beau jour, le professeur Pichenette reçut un message :

« Robinet coincé. Impossible de le bouger. Soleil bloqué sur température maximale. »

Il s’affola, grimpa dans sa fusée bricolée et vola jusqu’à l’antenne. Hélas, le robinet était rouillé, grippé par des années d’usage abusif et de sauces de barbecue tombées dessus.

La température grimpa, grimpa encore. Les glaciers fondaient comme des glaçons dans un thé brûlant. Les gens criaient :

« Tournez le robinet ! Faites quelque chose ! »

Mais le professeur, désespéré, leur répondit :

« J’ai oublié de mettre de l’huile… »

Et c’est ainsi que l’humanité découvrit que l’on ne peut pas éternellement bricoler la planète comme un vieux radiateur. Parfois, il vaut mieux apprendre à baisser son propre feu que de chercher un robinet magique.
